Our style of personal training starts by learning about you and how we can help you meet your fitness and wellness goals. Is your goal lean body mass and weight loss? Are you a non-exerciser, over 40, 50, 60, 70 and need a trainer with a fresh, mindful approach to functional training that challenges without beating up your body. We use our skills and training to design an individualized program to help you meet those goals.

3D Workout

3D Workout is a six-week fitness program for the older adult or anyone who wants to move well, develop lean muscles and coordination. The 3-D Back Stretch along with the 20 mind-body exercises are designed to alleviate stiffness and bring ease of movement to the entire body.

Pole Walking

Urban poling reduces the impact on your knee and hip joints. It is a full body walking workout that includes the benefits of getting outdoors in nature. A refreshing change!

Essentially, each time you swing your arm forward, you must plant your pole into the ground and as you walk through your stride you push off or ‘propel’ yourself forward. It is this motion that activates your core muscles. Consider this, if you walk one mile with the poles you will achieve 1800 abdominal muscles contractions.

Tabata Bootcamp workouts could be just the right fit for your busy lifestyle and healthy weight loss and muscle building goals.

Tabata Bootcamp Mindy Mylrea

A Tabata Bootcamp workout is founded on the intensity and quality of the exercise not the length of time. Short duration of high intensity interval training (HIIT) to create a prolonged after burn or EPOC (excess post oxygen consumption). Using 20-10-second microburst segments of exercise and rest allows for a full body workout in less time.

Not everyone has the time for a 60-minute workout but a 30-minute Tabata Bootcamp exercise protocol can reap the same benefits. This type of training causes the body to take longer to return to its state of rest, so it continues to burn calories (5x more) at a higher rate long after the end of the workout session. Be prepared, bring a towel, water and we will bring on the workout.
