Qigong (pronounced Chi Kung) is a mind-body branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The exercises work on the sharpness of the mind, the strength of the body and the clarity of the spirit – all essential for health and vitality. Chi Kung combines the power of meditation with Tai Chi Chuan-like individual movements in order to form energy building exercises. These exercises are simple, gentle, easy to learn and are for all ages and levels of fitness and coordination.



Reiki (pronounced Ray – Key) is an ancient Japanese healing art. It is a system where healing Universal Life Force Energy is channeled by the practitioner to the recipient through various hand placements on or near the body. It helps move energy blocks in the body to restore and maintain balance at emotional, mental and physical levels.

Reiki is like turning on an energetic switch within you to activate harmony, attract more fulfilling life opportunities and often aligns you to your divine path. It is a great stress-reliever and a very relaxing experience.
